Northeast Indiana Consortium of United Ways/Funds

One of the state’s truly remarkable collaborative efforts is evident in the 13-county partnership of the Northeast Indiana United Way consortium.

Leaders from United Ways in Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, Whitley and Wabash counties meet regularly to discuss ways to better serve donors, agency partners and program recipients through grants from The Lilly Endowment and other sources. In the past few years, the consortium has utilized more than $200,000 in grant funds to increase marketing efforts and improve communications and practices with overlapping, or regional, workplace campaigns.
