United Way enters partnerships where its participation makes sense. As a neutral community organization, United Way can convene groups with widely varying perspectives and help them develop new approaches to large-scale problems. Issues like availability of childcare, public transportation options for the economically disadvantaged, and others have far-reaching implications, and United Way tries to bring about viable solutions.
